I called the day before a holiday that my very full-of-food freezer was not working. The office staff worked hard to get me onto the schedule and repeatedly reached out to the tech to make sure he was coming. He did come and did a great job. Saved the day and all that food!. TY

Josh was fantastic. This is the second time he helped me out. Both times he was quite professional and friendly. He explained things in a way that I could understand easily and also gave me some helpful hints about how to keep the appliances in their best working order.

This company is absolutely wonderful! A few weeks back we had a very delightful experience and the process was smooth and very easy. I had to come in to help out my 78 year old mother who lives in New York. We called the company for her refrigerator, appliance coverage and we got this delightful woman named Rachel. She was an absolute godsend, very kind, very professional and her coworker who I can’t remember his name was very nice as well. I want to thank the company for employing people like this and having good professional staff on hand to assist people when they are in need especially when their appliance goes down and you’re 78 years old. Thank you so much and please commend Rachel for her good work and commitment to customer service and your company! Rachel is definitely a valued employee!

While my refrigerator is still not fixed (hopefully this week) my 5 star rating is based on the repairman, Stephen, and the office staff. I can't say enough good things about Stephen. He is so nice, caring and very responsive to my problems. The office staff too was very efficient and responsive in getting me to the next step in solving my problems with the insurance company. I have absolute confidence this issue will be taken care of this week.

I was able to get an appointment same day, Price was really fair compared to other repair companie. The technician was great and thought out of the box to repair my wash machine/dryer. Customer service is great, staff in the office is wonderful to work with. I hope I don't need them in the future, but if I do, Renah is my first call.
