Juby Babu2024-10-25 Horrible company, how are they still in business? I have been trying to get them to fix a dryer under warranty with Asurion/Home Depot and they kept giving me the run around for over a month. They came out once, the technician said a part needed to be ordered. They ordered the part, one week later it arrives. They only agree to schedule the repair when I have the part in hand, when I call to schedule the repair, they say they can only come 1 week later. The install day comes and they dont show. I called them to ask why they didnt show and they said they needed an additional part. 1 week later the part comes in. When the part comes in they schedule me for another install day, in the following week. They dont show again and when I call the office, I hear a recording that they are closed for a week. All the delays from this company meant I had no working dryer for over a month! Schedulers/receptionists are liars and have no idea what they are doing and do not intend to honor any appointments they set up. They kept saying their "supervisor" was coming and would give me a call back later, they never did. The last appointment I had them set up, the scheduler says the technician "might" show up on the date of the appointment. If anyone gets any warranty work done and gets Renah to do the repair, call the warranty company back and denand to get reassigned to someone else. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, I felt the service call fee was fair compared to other repair companies I called or have used in the past. The technician was great and thought out of the box to repair my fridge. Customer service is great, Lisa in the office is wonderful to work with. I hope I don't need them in the future, but if I do, Renah is my first call.
